2. Service Description

Rentrovver provides car rental services in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We offer a wide range of vehicles including luxury cars, SUVs, sedans, and compact cars for various rental periods.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Hold a valid driving license
• Provide valid identification documents
• Have a valid credit card for security deposit

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in advance or at the time of vehicle pickup. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.

5. Vehicle Usage

The rented vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws. The vehicle must not be used for:

• Commercial purposes without written permission
• Racing or competitive events
• Transporting illegal substances
• Any activity that may damage the vehicle

6. Liability and Insurance

Rentrovver provides basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options are available. The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance, including but not limited to interior damage, tire damage, and damage from prohibited activities.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

8. Limitation of Liability

Rentrovver's liability is limited to the rental charges paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
